The rooms are ready to be occupied from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 8:00 PM, please let us know. On the day of departure, check-out time is by 10:00 AM. In case of late check-out, we charge a supplement equal to 50% of the half board price.

Italian law states that only those in possession of a valid identification document can be hosted. Therefore, we ask you to present it at the reception desk upon arrival.

Please contact us if you wish to bring your pet with you (for an additional fee). Animals are not allowed in the wellness area or in the restaurant.

For a double room for single use we charge a supplement of maximum € 60.00.

Cancellations are only valid in writing. Cancellations up to three weeks before arrival do not incur any costs. A deposit already paid will not be refunded, but will be credited towards a future booking. For cancellation up to two weeks before arrival, we charge 70% of the total agreed price. In case of cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival, delayed arrival or early departure, the entire amount is due.

Our massages are not therapeutic, but wellness based. Please come to the spa reception desk in your bathrobe. If you have booked a massage, we ask you to wear a swimsuit or underwear. We recommend arriving a few minutes before your appointment time. In case of delay, the treatment may be changed or reduced. If you are unable to keep the agreed appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
